Very bad experience. I had to wait more than the promised date for my laptop's spare part. No calls, no assurances. Instead I was the one who continuously kept calling them which ofcourse they did not pick up. I had to stay back home waiting for their call which never came and spoilt my weekend too. Unprofessionals told me my parts aren't available, just like that and put the blame on someone else's shoulder. P.S they had called infront of my and confirmed the availability of spart part, seeing which I had agreed to wait for my laptop repair and pay the advance!

My keypad of laptop was not working.I went there and told about the issue.They changed the keypad but may laptop lost its original sound and working on 30% sound what it has earlier.While asking the same they told both speaker are working but didn't resolve the issue. While keep on saying that this is an electronic item,it may show error. Then what is the meaning of repairing. Dont waste your money, don't go to the shop.

Do not trust the reviews given here. I visited this place twice, the first time for repairing a keyboard issue for which they opened my laptop but few days later the laptop started giving way more problem than before, so I took it again but this time the owner, a rather cunning person said, he can't give garuntee of he products he uses to repair, hence he can't help me. Basically he uses cheap fake products to repair the laptops and his workers who actually touch and repair the laptop are highly inexperienced dolts. Avoid this place. I too was fooled having read such positive review and thus suffered. The only option you'll have once they touch your laptop is to throw it in the garbage dump

Dont go to this service centre. I got to know about them via indiamart .As soon as they will get your contact info they will immediately contact you to come their location.I saw good review and make a final decision to repair my laptop .But scenario was completely changed when I reached there.They took me around Rs800 for laptop heating but the main point here is they completely destroyed my laptop. They took my laptop inside their room and when I asked them they told me they were cleaning interior part but later I came to know their is no hard disk in my laptop.All reviews are fake. Think thrice before you go to this service centre.Location is also too far.I am regretting now.

Don't go to spoil your laptop. More or less one year ago I sent my HP Pavilion Laptop to this shop for repair of Display system. He advised me to change the mother Board. He did it but it did not work. The owner is careless and never works sincerely. I attended his shop from Raiganj spending lot of money but every time he repairs it and on coming home it does not work. Worthless.

Had to wait soo long for repair.. Price is little higher side.. I'll recommend you to buy parts from online.. Service were average.. I'm not happy.. If you looking for repairing shop in siliguri, i'll tell you to find another suitable shop..
